INTRODUCTION:
Midwest
Search And Rescue K-9 Team is a
non-profit organization of specially trained dog handlers and support
staff, on
call to assist federal, state and local agencies in
searching for lost or missing people.
Midwest
SAR K-9 Team in Illinois, was formed September 11, 2001
and fielded its first operational dog team, which
responded to the World Trade Center incident.
All
of the dogs are trained to standards that are registered
with NASAR and US&R. Since becoming operational, the team has expanded in members
and support staff.

STATEMENT:
In

rescue dogs and exceedingly competent handlers. Success

This guides the passionate volunteers and work ethics of
our devoted professionals.
